• Sale of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and related accessories
• AED maintenance and support services
• Training programs for AED usage and CPR
• Consultation services for AED deployment

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by FirstAED. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Corporate customers may arrange for Net 30 payment terms subject to credit approval.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy. Products must be returned within 30 days in original condition. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

10. Training and Certification

While we provide training services, users are responsible for maintaining current certifications and following local protocols for AED use. Training completion does not guarantee certification validity in all jurisdictions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FirstAED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
