At FirstAED, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AED devices and accessories purchased from our store.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- AED pads that have been opened or used
- Batteries that have been installed or activated
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or negligence
- Training materials that have been accessed or downloaded
Return Process

- Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the Item: Send the item to our returns center using the provided shipping label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Process your refund if the item meets our return criteria
- Issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for defective items or items damaged during shipping. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Warranty vs. Refund
Please note that our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions after the 30-day refund period. Items under warranty may be repaired or replaced rather than refunded.
